For more than 25 years, Penny Snyder has helped people learn to care for their mind and body in new ways.

Penny has been a licensed massage therapist since 1985, and she also incorporates many other healing modalities in response to the particular needs of her clients. Her massage techniques draw from extensive training in many integrative therapies including, Neuromuscular (NMT), Color and Sound Healing, Reiki, and Reflexology.  In addition to these services, Penny’s clients also benefit from her experience in nutritional and spiritual counseling.

Her philosophy stems from years of life experience and is more than just counseling and teaching, she believes in promoting real lifestyle changes.  “This is the life I live every single day, and my knowledge from actually living this lifestyle is what I use to serve others.”

Clients come to Penny for support ranging from enhancing muscular-skeletal function, reducing stress, and meeting challenges of chronic health issues that may include fibromyalgia, migraines, and some circulatory disorders.
